Installation Rules (per HPD)

• Frame must properly fit a 6” x 9” Inspection Visit Card.

• Mount 48–62 inches above the floor.

• If a mailbox exists, frame should be posted at or near mailbox.

• If no mailbox is present, install in a conspicuous vestibule or entrance area.

• Inspector provides the card; owners must fill in the top portion if left blank.
